Titanium Technologies LLC is owned by a group of Russian and American scientists, companies, and venture capitalists. The controlling position, 51% of the company, belongs to an entity whose majority shareholder is Alpha Genesis, Inc., a business incubator based in Washington, D.C.

Alpha Genesis is in the process of building strategic partnerships in the United States for the development of Titanium Technologies LLC.

The rest 49% of Titanium Technologies LLC belongs to a group of Russian scientists who have developed various technologies regarding the use and recycling of titanium. AG is in the process of bridging the scientific expertise in Russia with scientists in the United States. In doing so, AG promotes a win-win relationship between the United States and Russia.

As the company develops we also expand our relationships and pursue strategic partnerships in the European Union and Japan.

The competencies of the company’s principals in the use of renewable energy sources are also of strategic importance to Titanium Technologies LLC. We aspire to develop more energy efficient ways of producing titanium by utilizing idle energy sources (i.e. wind energy) which will help improve the industry’s productivity since energy consumption is one of the key cost factors in the production of titanium. This energy saving is in addition to the efficiencies already achieved by our patents.

It is important to understand that in the “West” we know very little about the development of the titanium industry in Russia. As explained on the section on History, still today the first discovery of pure titanium is not acknowledged to the Russian scientist D.K. Kirillov who has published on the matter back in 1875. If his work was disseminated among western scientists, we could have made a 20-30 years leap in understanding this remarkable metal. Titanium was behind the prime achievements of the Soviets space exploration program. Without titanium neither Yuri Gagarin or the MIR Station would have been realized. Much of the legacy of titanium is echoed in the ongoing research about the metal across the principal institutes of Russia.

Titanium Technologies LLC has built a bridge with the Russian scientific community. To the extent that a transfer of technology can be done within the allowances of the Russian government, our company will help facilitate a new modus operandi in the relations between Russian and western scientists. The resulting synergies will make possible a win-win relationship for all countries involved.

The main beneficiary should be the United States, given the interest of major U. S. organizations / corporations in areas such as: space exploration, nuclear disposal, aviation, automobiles, environmental technologies. Titanium Technologies LLC is keen on developing its partnerships and clientele. Contact our Development Department for further details.
