1.      Russian patent application 2000103911, “Cone Crusher”: a cone-inertial crusher for creation of both coarse and fine powders from metal scrap.

2.      Russian patent application 2001109063, “Method of consumable electrode manufacture from metallic chips”: thermo-vacuum degassing of metal scrap and the briquetting of that scrap for use in the VAR process.

3.      Russian patent application 2001113682, “Method of deformed blank manufacture and the device for its implementation”: recycling metal chips by heating and pressing them in a steel capsule.

4.      An application is in process for a “Method of hot extrusion of metallic chips briquettes”.

In the United States we have either “patent-pending” or we are in the process for filing for the above technologies.

The most valuable asset of the company is its scientific expertise. Beyond the above mentioned patents we are working on developing new technologies in other sectors of the industry.
