Both buyers and sellers need to provide adequate proof of their capacity to purchase or supply titanium. Once we have such documentation, a performance bond or letter of credit must be opened that will include a minimum penalty of 2% - 5% in the event that the buyer or seller can not proceed with their request/offer.
